French Calf のブーツ 「Tony Lama」 [ウエスタンブーツ]
私の住む新潟市は雪がちらついたこともありましたが、積もってはいません。
体が寒さになれていないこの時期はとくに寒く感じられますね。
さて、１９８０年代中頃に発売されたトニー・ラマ 「El Rey」 コレクションの一足です。
フレンチカーフとゆうことでとてもいい輝きをしています。
ただあくまでもトニー・ラマ社が表示しているもので本物のフレンチカーフかどうか
定かではありません。
いわゆるゴールド・レーベルやこのエル・レイにはこのようなものが付いていました。

フレンチカーフ・・・綺麗ですね。
アメリカのカーフと違って、フレンチやイタリアンって何故美しい光沢がでるんですか？鞣しや染色の方法の違いなんでしょうか？しかも丈夫で長持ちって気がします。ど〜なんでしょ？

El Rey コレクションらしいトップのステッチワークがとても綺麗ですね。
おまけのゴールド・ラベルは、ベーリーストックマンのアルバイト時代に憧れでした。

とっても懐かしいステッチ、でもすごいのは、きれいなままのフレンチカーフのエルレイコレクションです。クロウポイントさんはさすがきれいに扱ってますね。私も見習わなければと思います。それからベアトラックさん、同感です。私もこのメダルあこがれてました。結構重みがあるんですよね、たしか？そんな思い出がありました。
